"Generations Event" in June 2008. Myla had served as Board President from 1978-82.

Crown Center celebrated "Hat Day" in January 2008 with a special dinner and hat contest.
Resident Theo Rifkin (lower right) won the prize for "most creative hat."

Another recent event was the commemoration of "Levi Strauss Day", which included
a special dinner, then gathering around a "campfire" for a medley of cowboy songs.
One resident, of Native American heritage, brought her drum for a demonstration
of tribal music.
