The Gladys & Henry Crown Center for Senior Living offers various rental options, including subsidized housing. (Income and age requirements will apply.) Crown Center is comprised of two high rise apartment buildings, the Tallin Building constructed in 1967 and the Weinberg Building completed in 1995. The buildings are connected by an attractive, enclosed link area.
The total number of apartments in the two buildings is 245. Safety and security are top priorities; each apartment has an emergency alert system and a fire alarm. Other features include air conditioning, two elevators in each building, cable TV hookup, laundry facilities, pets allowed, common areas for recreational activities, art and fitness room, wellness office, branch bank, community courtyard, and gardening area.
